This is the website of Merkari Group Inc, DBA Direcly. Our site’s primary goal is to provide information about Direcly, not to collect personal data. We do, however, collect some data, which is detailed below. We use the information we collect to improve the content of our Web pages, to alert customers when our site is updated, for statistical, and marketing purposes.

We may use customer information for new, unforeseen purposes not previously mentioned in our privacy notice from time to time. Customers can opt out of having their information used for reasons other than those for which it was acquired.

Children’s Protection

Our website is not intended or meant to appeal to children or teenagers under the age of eighteen. We do not intentionally collect personal information from anybody under the age of eighteen that we are aware of.

Client Data

Direcly provides platforms support, consultancy, and campaign management services, as well as facilitating and managing third-party service access and providing customers with platforms to bring it all together (our “Services”). In order to deliver our Services to customers, we may acquire, access, or otherwise handle personal information (the “Client Data”). Direcly will only process Client Data on behalf of and in accordance with our clients’ instructions, as outlined in our client agreements, or as required by relevant laws. Our clients are the data controllers and we are the data processors for their respective Client Data.

EU Data Subjects Rights

Direlyc’s headquarters are in the United States, and the company has operations and service providers all around the world. As a result, we and our service providers may move or access your personal information outside jurisdictions (including the United States) that may not provide equal standards of data protection. We shall take efforts to ensure that your personal data is protected to a sufficient degree in the jurisdictions where it is processed, including by implementing relevant written data processing conditions and/or data transfer agreements.

Individual data subjects have various rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant data protection regulations (“EU Data Subject Rights”). If you choose not to share some Personal Data with us, we may be unable to provide some of our services’ features and functionalities. By entering onto our website and updating the account settings page and other features, you can access and amend some Personal Data. We give you this access so that you can check, amend, or delete your Personal Data. If we are unable to fulfill your request within 30 days, we will notify you when we will be able to do so. We keep your Personal Data as long as you have an account with us, as long as you use our services, and as long as you visit our website. We will keep your Personal Data for as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, taking into account the time required to: provide the services you have requested, exercise the choices and rights you have requested, comply with our contractual obligations, enforce our terms of service, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
